Raya Smart Buildings is hiring a Mall operations Senior Supervisor. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, including managing tenant relations and resolving any issues or concerns.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall
- Monitor and enforce mall policies and procedures
- Handle guest/tenant complaints and inquiries
- Coordinate with tenants regarding sales report, rent collection, and contract-related matters
- Conduct regular inspections of the mall premises
- Prepare reports on the mall's operations, financial and operational performance
- Manage office administrative tasks and office boy
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail or mall industry
- Minimum 3 Years in managing a team
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Management Information Systems
- Knowledge of Property Management, maintenance, and lease agreement
