To execute daily pre-selling activities within the assigned route, achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure product availability and excellent in-store execution.
المسؤوليات
- Visit assigned customers daily according to the approved route plan
- Take accurate sales orders and enter them into the system
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Ensure product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations
- Implement approved promotions and merchandising activities
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers
- Follow up on collections in coordination with finance
- Ensure compliance with pricing, discount, and credit policies
- Submit daily and weekly sales and visit reports
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market feedback
المؤهلات
- High school diploma minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution
- Valid driving license
