To execute daily pre-selling activities within the assigned route, achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure product availability and excellent in-store execution.

المسؤوليات

  • Visit assigned customers daily according to the approved route plan
  • Take accurate sales orders and enter them into the system
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Ensure product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations
  • Implement approved promotions and merchandising activities
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers
  • Follow up on collections in coordination with finance
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, discount, and credit policies
  • Submit daily and weekly sales and visit reports
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market feedback

المؤهلات

  • High school diploma minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution
  • Valid driving license
