Civil Foreman

The Foreman is responsible for supervising the construction site, managing laborers, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining safety standards. The Foreman will oversee the daily operations of the site, ensure that work is completed efficiently, and address issues promptly.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure all tasks are performed as per schedule
- Assign work to laborers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with building regulations
- Monitor construction quality
- Ensure all site workers follow safety guidelines and use PPE
- Conduct regular safety briefings and site inspections
- Ensure materials are available and report shortages
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Manage laborers' attendance and targets
- Maintain daily logs of work progress
- Address issues related to delays or resource shortages
المؤهلات
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certification in construction management preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
- At least 5 years in a supervisory role as a Foreman
