The Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage qualified candidates or vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end procurement or recruitment process. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners or candidates, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
