We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves bridging management and employee relations, managing recruitment, and ensuring legal compliance.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee performance appraisal system
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs
- Report to management through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
المؤهلات
- 7 years of experience as senior officer or HR assistant manager for above 70 staff companies
- Experience in retail companies with multiple branches
