The Office Leasing Director is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization’s office leasing portfolio by developing and executing comprehensive leasing strategies that maximize occupancy, rental income, and long-term asset value.

- Develop and implement short- and long-term leasing strategies
- Define occupancy, revenue, and yield targets
- Lead tenant sourcing initiatives and broker engagement
- Oversee all lease negotiations
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking
- Monitor leasing KPIs
- Build and develop high-performing leasing teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in commercial office leasing or real estate asset management
