Proposals Coordinator

The proposals coordinator is responsible for acting on the enquiries assigned and preparation of the technical and commercial proposals for Horizon Geosciences (part of Boskalis). This includes reviewing enquiry documents and ensuring all proposals are submitted within given client timeframes.
المسؤوليات
- Review enquiries and ensure Client’s requirements are fully understood
- Review scope of work and price schedules
- Issue requests for technical and commercial clarifications to Client
- Prepare proposals and tender documents
- Liaise with various department heads
- Ensure all proposals are submitted within timeframe
- Carry out Handover to project manager once project is awarded
المؤهلات
- Degree (or Diploma) in any related discipline to the offshore industry
- Knowledge / exposure to the offshore survey and soil investigation industry
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
