The ICT Associate – Systems Support provides technical and operational support to ensure the effective functioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ICT systems, applications, and digital tools used by UNOPS programmes and operations.
المسؤوليات
- Provide day to day technical support for internal web-based tools and digital platforms
- Assist in maintaining and updating websites and internal portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
- Support users with troubleshooting basic system, application, and access issues
- Assist in testing, documenting, and improving ICT workflows and tools
- Assist the ICT specialist in development and maintenance of web interfaces and dashboards
- Assist in integrating data outputs into web platforms
- Support the ICT specialist in data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis using Python and SQL
- Maintain structured databases and ensuring data accuracy
المؤهلات
- Secondary school with 6 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience in ICT support, web development, data analysis, or related technical roles
