AML/CTF Sanctions Manager

Establish, manage, and enhance the sanctions framework across the organization in line with SAMA Sanctions Rules and international best practices.
المسؤوليات
- Establish and manage the sanctions framework including policies and controls
- Define sanctions strategy, annual objectives, and KPIs
- Monitor and implement SAMA circulars and directives
- Perform sanctions gap analysis
- Oversee sanctions screening across onboarding and transactions
- Lead investigation and resolution of sanctions alerts
- Ensure account freezing as required under regulations
- Develop and improve sanctions systems and screening tools
- Act as subject-matter expert for new products
- Manage and develop the sanctions team
- Produce periodic reports for senior management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- 5 – 8 years of experience in sanctions within regulated financial institutions
- CAMS, CGSS or equivalent certification (preferred)
