HOLDAL Group is seeking a Brand Manager to own brand strategy, plan marketing activities, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include portfolio definition, pricing, and managing A&P budgets.

المسؤوليات

  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, sales, and launches
  • Set and update yearly business plans and roadmaps
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors
  • Manage and implement marketing activities and activation plans
  • Execute A&P budget with ROI tracking
  • Coach and motivate the team

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the Beauty Industry
  • Proven commercial and leadership exposure
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
