Casual Fridays is a digital marketing agency specializing in social media management, strategy, content production, and paid social for hotels & resorts and hospitality brands. We are looking for a smart, creative, and driven Junior Account Manager based in Dallas, Texas, for a work-from-home position. You'll lead client strategy, oversee account health, and ensure internal teams are aligned to deliver against goals.

- Own and manage client relationships end-to-end
- Lead client discovery and onboarding
- Develop and manage social media strategies
- Amplify client objectives through organic and paid social approaches
- Lead monthly client calls and strategic communication
- Analyze social media performance in the context of business objectives
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Journalism, or English
- 1-2 years minimum social media marketing experience
- 1 year minimum client account management experience
- High level of familiarity with online social channels
