Our Habitas is seeking a People & Culture Manager for Ras Abrouq, Qatar. This senior role involves shaping HR strategy, fostering an inclusive workplace, and leading recruitment and development initiatives.

- Develop and implement HR policies
- Lead recruitment and retention initiatives
- Design training and professional development programs
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Qatari labor laws
- CIPD certification preferred
