In this role you will lead the HR Operations Front Office team in Turkiye. You will oversee end‑to‑end HR services including employee life-cycle, compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.

- Leading the HR Operations Front Office team
- Overseeing HR contact center activities and employee life-cycle
- Monitoring operational performance via KPI management and audits
- Contributing to global and local continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing stakeholders including Hubs in Krakow and Bangalore
المؤهلات
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations or service delivery
- Experience in leading a team and driving process excellence
- Enhanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and compliance (GDPR, SOX)
- Strong track record in delivering HR operational outcomes
- Proficient in Turkish and English
