In this role you will lead the HR Operations Front Office team in Turkiye. You will oversee end‑to‑end HR services including employee life-cycle, compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.

  • Monitoring operational performance via KPI management and audits
  • Contributing to global and local continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing stakeholders including Hubs in Krakow and Bangalore

المؤهلات

  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations or service delivery
  • Experience in leading a team and driving process excellence
  • Enhanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and compliance (GDPR, SOX)
  • Strong track record in delivering HR operational outcomes
  • Proficient in Turkish and English
