Mercier Consultancy MD is presenting an opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives at an Airline Company based in Greece. Relocation to Greece is required. You will assist passengers in Italian, addressing their inquiries regarding bookings and travel regulations.
المسؤوليات
- Manage customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and changes via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information on flights and baggage policies
- Assist with reservation modifications
- Resolve customer complaints and document feedback in CRM
- Collaborate with airline personnel
المؤهلات
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in airline/travel
- Strong communication skills and friendly approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
