Lead Finance, Accounting, HR, Collections, and Customer Care. Drive execution, controls, and performance. Ensure full alignment with SAMA regulations and support the CEO on strategy and operational scale. Oversee annual operating plans and monthly performance targets. Set clear financial controls and reporting standards. Strengthen accounting accuracy and compliance with SAMA guidelines. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning. Improve HR systems and hiring. Drive collections strategy and workflow automation. Embed digital tools in all functions. Support audits and board reporting.

المؤهلات

  • 10 to 15 years in consumer or micro-finance in Saudi Arabia
  • Deep Finance and Accounting background
  • Knowledge of SAMA regulations and NBFI operations
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
