Assist in implementing the mall’s leasing strategy, handling inquiries, and coordinating negotiations with prospective tenants.
المسؤوليات
- Handle leasing inquiries and conduct site visits
- Support lease agreement review and renewal
- Maintain relationships with existing tenants
- Conduct market research on retail trends
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing and rent collection
- Ensure timely handover of leased units
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Leasing
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certificate
