Manager - Global Key Account (MENAT & Afr)

The Manager Global Key Accounts is responsible for developing and maintaining key accounts in Air Cargo’s business. The role ensures growth of existing business and generation of new opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
المسؤوليات
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key customers
- Ensure premium key accounts are focused to maximize sales
- Manage market categorization and prioritize clusters
- Lead delivery of effective sales presentations
- Maintain customer relationship management system database
- Investigate customer complaints
- Manage execution of account agreements and contracts
- Develop timely and accurate forecasts
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in the same or similar field
