وصف الوظيفة

To control all movement in and out of the stores managed by the Purchasing department. To assist Purchasing Supervisor with coordinating deliveries and processing purchase orders in the Purchasing System. You will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments, as well as coordinating the distribution of goods to the respective departments.

المسؤوليات

  • Analyse inventory trends and usage patterns to optimize stock levels
  • Ensure invoices and delivery orders are properly stamped and recorded
  • Document and account for rejected goods, containers, empty bottles and cases
  • Maintain copy of all order and receiving documentation
  • Organise and maintain a systematic storage system following FIFO method
  • Perform periodic stock audits
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming goods
  • Issue all general and beverage goods to relevant department
  • Prepare Credit Memo records for returned items
  • Ensure storage areas are maintained in a safe, clean and secure condition
  • Maintain par levels and re-order items when needed
  • Undertake monthly stock takes of inventory storerooms
