Ipek & Partners Real Estate is a boutique, high-performance brokerage located in the Opus Tower in Business Bay. The company focuses on advising international investors and end users, with a strong emphasis on trust, long-term relationships, and premium service. This position is strictly for experienced real estate agents with a minimum of six months proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.
المسؤوليات
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate
- Manage and convert qualified leads
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Stay informed about market trends, projects, and pricing
- Work closely with internal teams and management
المؤهلات
- A minimum of six months experience as a real estate agent in Dubai is mandatory
- Solid understanding of the Dubai property market and transaction process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
- Fluency in English is required
- RERA registration is preferred
