Sales Manager - Qureos

Own end-to-end sales across global markets, selling Qureos’ AI-powered hiring solutions to HR, TA, founders, and business leaders. This role involves hunting, prospecting, and building a pipeline engine with high precision.
المسؤوليات
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and sequences
- Maintain 2–3X pipeline coverage
- Run discovery, objection handling, and demos
- Navigate stakeholders including HR, TA leaders, and founders
- Maintain weekly forecast accuracy
- Provide customer feedback to product and growth teams
المؤهلات
- 4–7 years in B2B sales in SaaS, HR tech, recruitment services, or AI SaaS
- Arabic & English fluency (mandatory)
- Skilled in consultative selling + challenger methodology
- Strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
