We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
المسؤوليات
- Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and general ledger
- Record rental income, service charges, and property-related expenses
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT filings
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate
