Hays is partnering with a leading capital house seeking a technically strong AVP – Market Maker to lead their Brokerage division. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving liquidity and enhancing market efficiency across asset classes.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage individuals in the Brokerage department
- Execute daily Market Making activities
- Provide continuous liquidity in the markets
- Develop and implement advanced Market Making strategies
- Implement robust risk management frameworks
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Market Making
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CFA or CMT preferred
- CME-1 and CME-3 certifications are an advantage
