We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the complete operations of a large-scale manufacturing/fabrication facility in Saudi Arabia. The role specializes in process equipment like pressure vessels, columns, reactors, and CRA cladding operations.

- Driving business development and product approvals with NOCs/IOCs
- Project execution and production planning
- Resource management and team building
- Budgeting and cost control
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Implementing modern fabrication technologies and process improvements
- Global vendor management and client relations
المؤهلات
- BE + MBA
- 15+ years experience with 7-8 years in a P&L role
- Experience in managing CRA cladding operations using automatic horizontal and vertical cladding machines
- Experience with ASME Code compliance
- Strong ERP awareness
