Marriage Reset is seeking a Call Confirmation Specialist to manage sales calendars and confirm appointments with prospects. You will ensure prospects are prepared for Zoom calls and handle technical coordination of scheduling systems. This role requires emotional maturity and the ability to maintain professional boundaries while supporting the sales team. Fully remote in EST time zone.

- Confirm scheduled Zoom calls and secure written confirmations
- Manage sales calendars and handle reschedules/cancellations
- Enforce scheduling guidelines to prevent duplicate bookings
- Provide first-line technical support for scheduling tools
- Support sales team onboarding with calendar setup
المؤهلات
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage multiple calendars with high attention to detail
- Comfort with web-based scheduling tools
