Job Title: Lifting Supervisor – Civil (Marine Works) Location: Qatar CONTRACT PERIOD OF 4 MONTHS Key Role & Responsibilities: - Act as a key member of the Crane Team, reporting to the Appointed Person. - Ensure all personnel involved are familiar with and strictly follow the lifting plan. - Verify that Crane Operators are trained and competent. - Guarantee the Safe Working Load (SWL) is never exceeded. - Monitor weather conditions and ensure cranes do not operate beyond limits. - Prohibit man-riding unless specifically approved. - Confirm that grab work, demolition balling, or pile driving is performed only by designed machines.
