Lifestyle and Travel Manager

Provide white-glove lifestyle concierge services for Constructor Club members. Handle requests including travel coordination, restaurant reservations, event tickets, vendor research, and experience planning across international locations.
المسؤوليات
- Book business travel (flights, hotels) via TMC portal within company policy
- Coordinate restaurant reservations, event tickets, ground transportation
- Research and recommend vendors across lifestyle categories
- Build and maintain vendor relationship database
- Provide exceptional, proactive service to Club members
- Document member preferences and maintain service quality standards
المؤهلات
- 2-4 years experience in concierge, hospitality, executive assistant, or premium customer service
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - MANDATORY
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, booking platforms)
- Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness
