The Plumbing Section Lead will be maintaining and repairing buildings, grounds, and related facilities; installing, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining in efficient operating condition a wide variety of engines and mechanical equipment designed for use in domestics, commercial, industrial, and agricultural activities.
المسؤوليات
- Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures
- Studies building plans and working drawings
- Inspects structure to ascertain obstructions
- Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe
- Assembles and installs valves and pipes composed of metals and nonmetals
- Fills pipe system with water or air and reads pressure gauges to determine leaks
- Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, commodes, and water heaters
- Repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers and mending burst pipes
المؤهلات
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Master or Journeyman License required
- 5 years of experience in a plumber role
- 3 years of related plumbing experience specializing in backflow inspection, testing, and maintenance
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- DoD Secret Clearance
