The Projects Associate provides essential administrative and logistical support for the planning, execution, and tracking of various operational and strategic initiatives within the KFUPM Business School (KBS). This role primarily ensures that project tasks, documentation, resources, and deadlines are managed efficiently.
المسؤوليات
- Assist project leads in breaking down strategic initiatives into actionable tasks
- Maintain, organise, and archive all project documentation
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas
- Monitor project schedules and flag potential timeline conflicts
- Coordinate logistics for KBS activities (workshops, events, conferences)
- Provide on-site administrative and logistical support during events
- Assist in tracking expenditures for project budgets
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Serve as a point of contact for internal departments to gather project information
- Facilitate communication between the Business School and university offices
