Senior AP Accountant - Remote - Robusta

RTG is seeking a strategic and automation-driven Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join our Finance team. We are looking for a professional who can optimize AP processes, leverage automation, and drive efficiency across multi-jurisdictional operations.
المسؤوليات
- Design, implement, and enhance automation solutions for Accounts Payable processes
- Streamline invoice processing workflows
- Review, validate, and process vendor invoices
- Maintain accurate AP records and monitor payment schedules across multiple legal entities
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare AP aging reports and support month-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Accounts Payable accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Excellent English communication skills
