HR Of World is looking for an AutoCAD Draughtsman to develop and annotate construction drawings from concept designs and schematic layouts. Create accurate shop drawings for CNC, metalworks, woodworks, and MEP coordination.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and annotate construction drawings from concept designs
- Create accurate shop drawings for CNC, metalworks, woodworks, etc.
- Prepare accurate material quantities take-offs and BOM
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and authority approvals
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with BIM modelers
- Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation
- Maintain consistent drawing register and version control
- Produce precise detailing for joinery and metalworks
المؤهلات
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on AutoCAD drafting experience in interior fit-out or related sectors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings
