Team Leader, Escrow Operations

One of our clients, a reputed bank in Dubai, is looking for a Team Leader, Escrow Operations. Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this role. The position involves overseeing the end-to-end management of escrow accounts for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee the daily operations of escrow accounts for real estate transactions
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations
- Supervise escrow account openings, fund disbursements, and closures
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to escrow transactions
- Act as the primary point of contact for developers, banks, and regulators
- Prepare detailed escrow transaction reports
- Supervise and mentor the escrow operations team
المؤهلات
- UAE National candidate
- Degree in Business Management, Commerce/Mathematics or equivalent
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Escrow Operations
- At least 5 years in Management/Leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills in English
