Developers' Relationship Supervisor

The Developer Relationship Supervisor is responsible for managing relationship with all real estate developers, increase commissions and improve collection cycles with developers. This includes working with different departments across the company.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all real estate developers
- Be the primary point of contact for all communication and interaction with developers
- Conduct regular check-ins with developers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities to increase commission revenue with existing and new developers
- Negotiate commission agreements with developers
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to developers to ensure timely payments of commissions
- Work closely with the collection team to improve collection cycles and processes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Manage and resolve any conflicts that may arise with real estate developers
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in any relatable fields
