Event Operations Coordinator - Anti-Fraud

The Event Operations Coordinator - Anti-Fraud supports the Anti-Fraud team in executing investigations, documentation, and reporting related to fraud detection across events.
المسؤوليات
- Record and update fraud cases and resolutions
- Assist in preparing event-level analyses and cancellation lists
- Maintain organized fraud logs
- Prepare weekly and monthly fraud trends and KPI reports
- Support daily investigations by performing manual reviews
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, data entry, or fraud/risk support roles
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
