The Payroll Operations Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the global payroll function by absorbing a growing volume of BAU payroll work and payroll-related HR administration. This role is essential to sustaining payroll accuracy, compliance, audit readiness, and employee experience as payroll demand scales globally.
المسؤوليات
- Support monthly payroll preparation across multiple countries.
- Assist with data validation and upload from Workday.
- Liaise with payroll providers to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll compliance trackers and documentation.
- Support preparation for internal and external audits.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding from a payroll perspective.
المؤهلات
- Experience in payroll operations administration in a multi-entity or international environment.
- Strong attention to detail with data accuracy.
- Understanding of payroll compliance and statutory reporting.
- Experience with systems like Workday, ADP, or Deel.
