المسؤوليات

  • Assist in posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding processes, including contracts and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries
  • Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, contracts)
  • Prepare HR-related reports
  • Ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws
  • Assist in preparing payroll data and verifying attendance
  • Coordinate staff training sessions
  • Track employee performance and development needs

المؤهلات

  • Bahraini nationality preferred
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience
