We are seeking a skilled Quality Officer to oversee quality operations across warehouse and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and develop the quality team
- Monitor inbound, in-process, and outbound shipments
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities
- Implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Develop and maintain SOPs and quality documentation
- Conduct internal audits and ensure alignment with ISO standards
- Train warehouse staff on quality standards and inspection procedures
- Prepare quality performance reports and risk assessments
المؤهلات
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance/control
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- Practical experience in warehouse or supply chain quality operations
