Director, Global Sourcing

This role leads the global sourcing function for a fast-moving technology and security organization, overseeing supplier management, procurement operations, and process optimization at a strategic level. You will manage complex supplier relationships, drive automation, and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and develop a team responsible for supplier negotiations and contracting
- Partner with procurement leadership to set strategy and define direction
- Design and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Jira, and SAP
- Provide guidance on process automation and technical solutions
- Define and implement procurement governance models (KPIs, SLAs)
- Serve as escalation point for procurement compliance and supplier risk
المؤهلات
- 15+ years of experience in procurement operations, strategic sourcing, and supplier management
- Proven track record of leading complex procurement teams
- Experience in managing technology solutions and process integration
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
