IT Specialist

Join JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai as an IT Specialist. This non-management role involves troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining computer networks, and providing end-user support. You will ensure the operational availability of IT systems while protecting company assets and addressing guest needs.
المسؤوليات
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and internet issues
- Maintain inventory of technology devices
- Perform system backups and secure backup tapes
- Manage user accounts and workstation configurations
- Educate users on securing Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
- Respond to program error messages and correct issues
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
