The Sales Manager will lead the strategic sales efforts for Hawar Resort by Mantis, focusing on expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies. Identify new business opportunities across Corporate, MICE, and Leisure segments. Build and maintain high-value relationships with key clients. Conduct in-depth market analysis. Supervise the development of proposals and contract documents. Lead high-level negotiations. Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Revenue teams. Mentor and guide the sales team.

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive sales experience
  • Proven experience in Corporate and MICE markets
