Amplicon Middle East is a leading 4G/5G and AI Edge technology value-added distributor serving as a key distributor for a range of innovative manufacturers. We help hundreds of customers every year to be better connected through the adoption of the latest disruptive technologies. As a Sales Executive, you will have a significant impact and help shape the success of our business. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales for new customers and accounts across designated products and services. The Sales Executive will be expected to drive our business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and successfully converting them into sales.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently
- Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to potential clients
- Schedule and conduct client visits to present the product portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Identify and understand key accounts’ business needs and objectives
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations
- Lead negotiation processes to close deals at favorable terms
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel
- Collaborate with the Sale & Marketing Director to create marketing materials
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to forecast sales
- Engage in continuous self-development initiatives
- Achieve ambitious sales targets and sustained year-on-year growth
المؤهلات
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum three to seven years of success in B2B Technology or IT Services sectors
- Ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals aggressively
- Strong understanding of IoT, AI solutions, and digital transformation concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the drive to perform in a fast paced sales environment
- Technically minded with a moderate understanding of IP networking
- A relationship builder capable of building, maintaining and expanding new sales relationships
- Willingness to travel to meet potential clients and attend industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills is a must
