Provides general healthcare advice and dispenses prescription and non-prescription medication. Supervises the retail store team and operations to ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction levels are met. Working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 6-day work week.

- Ensure store readiness and compliance with internal guidelines
- Process prescriptions and dispense medication
- Educate customers on proper handling of medical equipment
- Supervise and provide development opportunities for retail store staff
- Monitor key sales performance targets and customer satisfaction
- Process payments and reconciliations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy
المؤهلات
- BSc in Pharmacy (Required by law)
- 1 - 3 Years of Experience
- MS Office Suite
- English - Mandatory
- Arabic - Mandatory
