Senior Business Analyst

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team within the catering, food service, and restaurant industry in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and stakeholder management to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision making and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Support the implementation of technology solutions by coordinating with IT teams
- Monitor project progress and performance
- Provide training and support to end-users
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the catering, food service, or restaurant industry
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including data visualization and process mapping
