Responsible for advancing the governance frameworks and compliance protocols within the sports federation. This role leverages comprehensive expertise in regulatory frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to promote ethical practices.

- Develop and monitor governance and compliance strategies
- Design governance frameworks promoting ethical conduct
- Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies
- Conduct regular assessments of governance programs
- Facilitate training on compliance obligations
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry regulations
- Lead crisis management efforts related to governance breaches
- Report regularly to the board on compliance status
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in governance or compliance
- Knowledge of anti-doping regulations, child protection laws, and athlete welfare policies
