Senior HSW Manager

Mace is seeking a Senior HSW Manager for a large mixed-use development programme in Saudi Arabia. The manager drives implementation of health and wellbeing policies and standards, manages execution of Group-wide H&W delivery plans, and coordinates with contractors and consultants. The role focuses on continuous improvement and sustainable H&W practices.

- Drive implementation of H&W policies and standards
- Lead execution of Group-wide delivery plans
- Coordinate with General contractor and supervision consultants
- Analyse survey and audit data for continuous improvement
- Manage supplier relationships for H&W services
- Contribute to net zero carbon goals via sustainable practices
المؤهلات
- Education to a Degree level
- 12+ years of post-graduate experience managing Health & Safety strategy
- Experience on mixed-use development projects in GCC
