Combuzz HR Solutions is hiring an HR Manager for an automotive company in JAFZA, Dubai, to lead full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and JAFZA regulation compliance.
المسؤوليات
- Lead all HR functions (recruitment, payroll, benefits)
- Implement HR policies in line with UAE Law and JAFZA regulations
- Manage payroll through WPS and salary structures
- Oversee performance management and appraisals
- Handle government relations and visa processes
- Manage staff accommodation contracts
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of JAFZA regulations
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
