Production Planner - Food & Beverage | Saudi Arabia

The Production Planner is responsible for managing production scheduling and material planning across all factory departments. This role ensures optimal use of time, resources, and materials to deliver products On Time In Full (OTIF) while minimizing waste and maintaining full compliance with food safety and quality standards.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and manage production schedules
- Prioritize production runs based on deadlines
- Forecast raw material and packaging requirements
- Coordinate with procurement for material availability
- Optimize resource utilization
- Monitor inventory levels and enforce FIFO/FEFO
- Track waste metrics and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and submit performance reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in production planning within F&B or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, material planning, and inventory control principles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data-driven reporting tools
