Credit Supervisor

Summary: We are seeking a Credit Supervisor to oversee our credit department and ensure the efficient operation of credit functions within our organization. Job Responsibility: Supervise and lead a team of credit analysts to assess creditworthiness of customers and evaluate credit applications. Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate credit risk and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor and manage the organization's overall credit exposure and collections process. Review credit limits and terms for customers and make recommendations for adjustments as needed. Handle escalated customer credit issues and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary. Generate reports on credit performance and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in credit management.
