المسؤوليات
- Support the coordination of assigned projects from start to finish
- Help break down projects into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities
- Assist in running workflows inside the project management tool (ClickUp)
- Communicate with stakeholders, follow up on tasks, and help remove blockers
- Track deliverables and help keep teams aligned with deadlines
- Collect project updates and prepare internal reports or status summaries
- Ensure brand-related tasks stay aligned with brand messaging and guidelines
- Help with other Project Manager tasks as required
المؤهلات
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (or higher education)
- Strong interest in project management, branding, or operations
- Ability to create clear, actionable tasks and follow structured workflows
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Basic familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, JIRA, Trello, Asana — any is fine)
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a Junior PM role
