Accommodation Supervisor

Job Purpose: To oversee the day-to-day operations, hygiene, safety, and discipline of the female staff accommodation, ensuring a comfortable, secure, and compliant living environment in line with company policies and UAE regulations.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the female staff accommodation
- Ensure accommodation cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor room occupancy and bed allocation
- Enforce accommodation rules and discipline
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Handle resident complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence standards
- Maintain inventory of accommodation assets
- Support onboarding of new staff
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
