Global Head of Luxury Supply - Travel

We’re looking for a senior luxury travel leader to step into a brand-new role and take ownership of building a global luxury supply function from the ground up. This role will not include contracting or negotiating with Hoteliers but Contracting and managing premium suppliers such as DMCs, villas, yachts, small ships, and bespoke experiences. Responsibilities include: Setting the global direction for luxury supply across key destinations; Contracting and managing premium suppliers; Owning commercial performance including GTV, revenue, and margin delivery; Building and guiding a large team; Establishing supplier standards and commercial frameworks; Working with sales and commercial teams; Travelling internationally.
